We do more before 9:00 A.M. than most people do all day.

Was that the slogan for the Army? I think it is now the slogan for SAHMs everywhere. Before 9:00 A.M. I made breakfast, fed three people, changed 3 poopy diapers, swept and mopped the kitchen floor, put the babies down for a nap, played outside, hung up a new baby-swing, pulled weeds, and helped our neighbor pick his first red tomato...oh, and drank half a pot of coffee.

I also corrected Brodie's notion that the bats are back from their "echo-vacation." He had watched The Magic School Bus this morning, and was learing about echoLOcation.

Tom starts his new job tonight *sigh*. It's for one year. I've also pretty much decided that when I go back to work next year, I'll stay at my school as long as my position is still open. It doesn't make much sense to start at a new school when daycare, preschool, and possibly our neighborhood school are all within half a mile of my school.

The rest of my day today will be comprised of bathing everyone, making a meatloaf, and possibly making cookies. I told Brodie that we'd have to see how the day goes. If I know myself, I may crash immediately after lunch.
