Boots

Thanks to some twin moms from the board, I was able to score these BOOTS for the girls at $10 a pop! I ordered them 2 sizes bigger for growth and error. I can return them at Sears if they don't fit. Such a deal for Land's End! All they had were light blue, but I'm okay with that. I checked and Brodie has a pair of L.L.Bean boots that still fit. I think they'll make it through winter. They're 1 size bigger than he wears. Still need to check his snow pants from last year...

Tonight I'm off to use some gift cards for socks, and some leggings for the girls. They are at a "unique" size right now. All of their 18 mos pants are getting too tight and short, but the 24 month stuff is a little too big. It's okay when we're going out and they're in the stroller, but when they're crawling, sometimes they crawl right out of their pants! I figure I'll check for some clearance stuff for around the house.

Cailey is standing up a little more, and the other day Cate took 1 step. It's not "walking" yet, but it's a start. Brodie is busying himself with all of his fall books and some Buzz Lightyear Toys. Tom is on his way to a tattoo convention w/ Bill and some friends. I'm hoping to swap out seasonal clothes for the kids today...feeling lazy, though.
