Despite being 16 months old today, the girls had their 15 month checkup. Thank God Tom didn't have to work today. I can't deal with taking both of them to the doctor by myself anymore.
**Cailey~ 25 pounds, 15 ounces; 31 inches**
**Cate~ 25 pounds, 10 ounces; 32 inches**
That puts them roughly in the 75th percentile for height, and the 90th percentile for weight, so at least they are tapering off! They're no longer "off the chart."
Cate seems to be hitting all the necessary marks, and milestones, but Cailey is still lacking muscle coordination and muscle tone in her lower body. Since she still is not walking, she'll be seen at Children's Hospital for a full developmental evaluation by a multi-disciplinary team.
Tonight, I made oatmeal cookies. I wanted to put raisins in, and Tom wanted chocolate chips, so I put in chocolate covered raisins! LOL They turned out pretty good. My issues are with the actual cookie texture not the raisins. I'll try again another time with a different cookie recipe.
