First words!!!!

Cailey has been saying, "Hi," since Christmas. I've been hesitant to count it as a first word, but she uses it appropriately and in context. When we go up to the girls' room to get them in the morning, she sing-songs, "Hi-ii!" and the same when Tom comes home from work each day. I'm counting it.

Today, Cate wanted to rock on the rocking caterpillar. I was singing, "Rock, rock...rock, rock...." and she started rocking and singing, "Bop, bop....bop, bop..."

So, for my baby book, I'm recording that Cailey was 15.5 months, and Cate was 16 months. Cailey was first for something other than teeth! Oh, and she used my foot as a rock-climbing peg, and crawled up onto the couch yesterday. She was so proud of herself!
