Brodie got a time out at preschool on Wednesday. I noticed she used words like "full of energy," and "very excited." Tonight was open house, and we went right at 6:20 (so we could be home in time for My Name is Earl). We talked to her, and felt better. She said she has a group of boys in her class that just seem to get each other worked up, and Brodie was not a problem (phew). We saw some other boys that made us feel better. Open house was nice. Cookies were had by all, we were the token freak show w/ the big stroller, and Brodie was excited to show us around.
He was kind of a pill all afternoon, just pressing my buttons. I make pork chop apple casserole, which was not well received by the troops (well, Tom and I like it). I think Brodie liked it, but he was being difficult and didn't WANT to like it. The babies threw theirs on the floor.
Brodie told me tonight that he's too young. When I asked him what he was too young for, he said, "I'm too young to grow old." *sigh* What an odd little kid.
